Terms & Conditions

  1. The Personal data included in the registration form will be used for the purposes of Top Act Drama Academy only.
  2. Class times and fees are given in advance of each term. Acceptance of any student is not definite until a “confirmation of place” notification has been issued.
  3. Methods of Payment
    • Bank Giro/transfer.
    • Cheque
    • Cash
    • PayPal
  4. Cancellation
    • Where a student is attending any class for the first time the contract can be terminated no later than 4 days after the second class day. Any fees paid, will be refunded.
    • All non-attended classes must be paid for unless the school has to cancel
    • Termination will only be accepted when received by Top Act in writing.
  5. Top Act Drama Academy reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff.
  6. Top Act Drama Academy will from time to time take photographs and film footage of students during class time for use in marketing and publicity material. Permission is requested on the registration form.
  7. Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Top Act of any existing injuries or medical condition.
  8. Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. Top Act Drama Academy can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings.
  9. The liability of Top Act is restricted to class time only.
